PagerDuty Hooks

You can integrate PagerDuty's incident management system with Xplenty's webhook notifications to receive real-time alerts on your Xplenty account activity.

Integration is simple:
  1. In your PagerDuty account, create an Xplenty service.
  2. In your Xplenty account, create a service hook to your PagerDuty.

To create an Xplenty service in your PagerDuty account

  1. In your account, click Configuration, then click Services.
  2. Click Add New Service.
  3. Under General Settings, in the Name text box, enter a name for the service.
  4. Under Integration Type, start typing Xplenty until it appears in the list, then select it.
  5. Configure the Incident Settings as required.
  6. Click Add Service.
